fairly put.

Who we are
Evolve Transformation Agency is a digital agency based in Kwara, Nigeria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Evolve” refer to Evolve Transformation Agency. You can reach us at [email protected].
Using this website
You may browse this website and use its enquiry form for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, access parts of it you are not authorised to use, or submit content that is misleading, unlawful or harmful.
Enquiries and proposals
Information on this website is a general introduction to our services, not a binding offer. When you send an enquiry, we aim to reply and, where it makes sense, prepare a proposal. A project only begins when you and Evolve agree a proposal in writing; until then, either side is free to walk away.
Services and fees
Project scope, timing, fees and payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira and work begins after any agreed deposit is received.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — text, design, artwork and code — belongs to Evolve or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective client, displayed with their permission. Ownership of work we create for a client is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
Third-party links and services
This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and client websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Our applications and services
Separate Evolve products and client portals, including our WhatsApp automation, Lead Radar and advertising management services, may have additional terms presented within those services. Where those terms conflict with these, the terms presented in the relevant service apply to it.
Connected advertising accounts
If you connect an advertising account — such as a Google Ads account — to our tools, you confirm that you are authorised to connect it, and you give us permission to read its settings and performance data and to create, pause and adjust campaigns, budgets and keywords in it. You can disconnect the account at any time from the portal or from the advertising platform, which ends that permission. The account remains yours: you stay responsible for it, for its billing and for compliance with the advertising platform’s policies, and we act on your instructions.
Connected business tools (DOGE)
If a business connects a Google service — any of Gmail (sending email only), Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive (only the files DOGE creates), Docs, Sheets, YouTube, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics and Search Console — to DOGE, it confirms that it is authorised to connect that service, and it gives DOGE permission to read and act on that service as described on doge.evolve.ng. A business can disconnect a connected service at any time from within DOGE or from the relevant Google Account permissions page, which ends that permission. The connected account remains the business’s own: it stays responsible for it, and DOGE acts only at its direction.
The same applies when a business connects a Microsoft account (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365) — its Outlook mail, Calendar, Contacts and OneDrive files: the business confirms it is authorised to connect the account, gives DOGE permission to read and act on it at the business’s direction, and can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or from its Microsoft account’s app permissions, which ends that permission.
Likewise, a business that connects its Pipedrive company confirms it is authorised to do so and gives DOGE permission to read and update its deals, contacts, leads, activities, notes and products at the business’s direction; DOGE does not delete Pipedrive records. Uninstalling the app in Pipedrive, or disconnecting it within DOGE, ends that permission.
The same applies to a HubSpot account a business connects: it confirms it is authorised to connect it and gives DOGE permission to read and update its contacts, companies, deals and activities (and the optional records it grants) at the business’s direction; DOGE does not delete, archive or merge HubSpot records. Uninstalling DOGE by Evolve in HubSpot, or disconnecting it within DOGE, ends that permission.
A business that connects its QuickBooks Online company confirms it is authorised to do so and gives DOGE permission to read its accounting data and, at the business’s direction, to create or update sales documents, payments, customers and items and to email invoices. DOGE does not delete or void transactions, and it acts on the figures the business gives it: the business remains responsible for its books, tax and filings. Disconnecting DOGE in QuickBooks or within DOGE ends that permission.
A business that gives DOGE its Paystack secret key confirms it is authorised to do so and asks DOGE to create payment links, invoices and subscriptions for amounts the business sets, to confirm payments, and to make refunds the business approves one by one. Payments are made to the business’s own Paystack account under Paystack’s terms; Evolve is not a party to those payments and does not hold funds. The business can remove the key at any time.
