This policy explains how we handle information you share through the Evolve agency website.

Who we are
Evolve Transformation Agency is a digital agency based in Kwara, Nigeria. For questions about this policy or your information, email [email protected].
Information you choose to share
When you send a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project message and any optional business name, phone number, service interests or budget you provide. Please avoid including passwords, financial credentials or sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand your project and prepare a proposal if appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Form submissions are processed on our hosting infrastructure, and an enquiry notification may be delivered through our email provider.
Security and retention
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect enquiries. Basic technical information, such as an IP address, may be processed to prevent form abuse, and the hosting provider may maintain security logs. We keep enquiry information as needed for our conversation and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable requirements.
Cookies and third-party services
This redesigned agency website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Links to WhatsApp and client websites open services with their own privacy policies. Choosing one of those links takes you to the respective provider.
Your choices
You can ask about the information you have shared, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry-related contact by emailing us. We will review your request and respond subject to applicable obligations.
Our advertising tools and connected ad accounts
Evolve runs advertising for its own products and services, and for clients who ask us to manage their campaigns. Our advertising tools connect to advertising platforms — including the Google Ads API and the LinkedIn Marketing API — using credentials that we or the account holder authorise, to read campaign settings and performance data (such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions) and to create, pause and adjust campaigns we run for ourselves and on behalf of clients who have authorised us.
Information obtained from a connected advertising account is used only to report on and manage the advertising we are asked to run. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals or to target people outside the advertising platform, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Credentials are stored privately on our own servers with restricted permissions.
You can disconnect a connected advertising account at any time from our client portal, or from the relevant advertising platform or your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting ends all further access. You can also email us to ask what we hold about the account and to have the stored credentials and related data deleted.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
DOGE and connected business tools
DOGE is Evolve’s AI business-management assistant (doge.evolve.ng). A business using DOGE connects the Google services it wants DOGE to work with — any of Gmail (sending email only; DOGE cannot read the mailbox), Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Drive (only the files DOGE creates), Docs, Sheets, YouTube, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics and Search Console — using Google’s own sign-in and permission screen. DOGE only accesses what that business has explicitly authorised.
Data DOGE reads from a connected service is used only to provide DOGE’s features back to the business that connected it. We do not sell this data, we do not share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models, whether for that business or across other DOGE customers. A business can disconnect a Google service from DOGE at any time, from within DOGE or from its Google Account permissions page, and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about its connected accounts.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See doge.evolve.ng for what DOGE does with each service.
A business can also connect a Microsoft account (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365) to DOGE through Microsoft’s own sign-in and consent screen. DOGE then works with that account’s Outlook mail (reading messages so it can summarise and find what the business asks for, and sending email only when the business asks it to), Outlook Calendar, Contacts and OneDrive files. The connection’s access token is stored privately on our own servers and is never handed to the AI model; every action DOGE takes in the account is logged. DOGE does not delete email or files. Data DOGE reads from a Microsoft account is used only to provide DOGE’s features back to the business that connected it: we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE, from its Microsoft account’s app permissions (personal accounts) or from My Apps (work or school accounts), and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected account.
A business that runs its sales in Pipedrive can connect its Pipedrive company to DOGE through Pipedrive’s own authorisation screen. DOGE then reads and updates that company’s deals, contacts (people and organisations), leads, activities, notes and products at the business’s direction — for example logging a call, adding a new enquiry or reporting on the pipeline. DOGE never deletes Pipedrive records. The access token is stored privately on our own servers, never handed to the AI model, and every action is logged. Pipedrive data is used only to provide DOGE’s features to that business: we do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or by uninstalling the app in Pipedrive (Tools and apps → Marketplace apps), and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected company.
A business that uses HubSpot can connect its HubSpot account to DOGE through HubSpot’s own authorisation screen. DOGE then reads and updates that account’s contacts, companies and deals, logs notes, tasks, calls and meetings, and — where the business grants the optional permissions — works with its tickets, products, line items, quotes and sales emails, always at the business’s direction. HubSpot also notifies DOGE when records are created or a deal changes stage, so DOGE can report what changed. DOGE never deletes, archives or merges HubSpot records. The access token is stored privately on our own servers, never handed to the AI model, and every action is logged. HubSpot data is used only to provide DOGE’s features to that business: we do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or by uninstalling DOGE by Evolve under Connected apps in its HubSpot settings, and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected account.
A business that keeps its books in QuickBooks Online can connect its QuickBooks company to DOGE through Intuit’s own authorisation screen. DOGE then reads that company’s accounting data — customers, items, invoices, estimates, payments, bills, expenses and reports such as profit and loss — and, only when the business asks, creates or updates invoices, estimates, receipts, payments, customers and items, or emails an invoice to a customer. DOGE never deletes or voids QuickBooks transactions. The access token is stored privately on our own servers, never handed to the AI model, and every action is logged. Accounting data is used only to provide DOGE’s features to that business: we do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or from Intuit (Apps → My apps in QuickBooks), and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected company.
A business can connect its LinkedIn company Page to DOGE through LinkedIn’s own sign-in and permission screen, signing in as an administrator of that Page. DOGE then reads the Page’s posts, their comments and its follower count, and — only when the business asks — publishes posts and replies to comments as the Page. With the same permission, DOGE adds Evolve to that Page as a “Sponsored Content Poster”, so that LinkedIn adverts Evolve runs for the business appear under the business’s own Page; it changes no other Page setting or role. DOGE uses the person’s LinkedIn name only to show who connected the Page. The access token is stored privately on our own servers, never handed to the AI model, and every post and reply is logged. LinkedIn data is used only to provide DOGE’s features to that business: we do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and we follow the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or from its LinkedIn settings (Data privacy → Permitted services), can remove Evolve from the Page’s admins in its Page admin tools, and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected Page.
A business can connect its X (Twitter) account to DOGE through X’s own sign-in and authorisation screen. DOGE then reads the account’s posts and the posts that mention it, and — only when the business asks — publishes posts and replies from that account. DOGE uses the account’s name and username only to show which account is connected, and cannot read direct messages. The access token is stored privately on our own servers, never handed to the AI model, and every post is logged. X data is used only to provide DOGE’s features to that business: we do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond what a requested feature needs, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and we follow X’s Developer Policy. A business can also connect its X ad account (X Ads) the same way: DOGE then reads its campaigns, spend and results, pauses campaigns, and creates campaigns that stay paused until the business approves starting them with a one-time code; it cannot add users or payment methods to the ad account. A business can disconnect at any time from within DOGE or from X (Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps), and can email us to request deletion of data DOGE holds about the connected account.
A business can also connect its Paystack account so DOGE can send its customers payment links and confirm their payments. Paystack offers no connect-with-Paystack sign-in, so the business enters its own Paystack secret key into a private, one-time form — never into chat and never shown to the AI model. The key is stored only on our servers, and DOGE uses it solely to create payment links, invoices and subscriptions, check payments, list the business’s transactions and Paystack customers, and make refunds — each refund only after the business owner approves it with a one-time code sent to the owner. DOGE cannot transfer funds or change payout details. Payments go directly to the business’s own Paystack account; Evolve never holds or handles the money. We do not receive or store card details. A business can remove the key at any time by asking DOGE, and should also roll the key in Paystack if it no longer wants DOGE to have it.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the agency website, its enquiry form, the advertising account data handled by our advertising tools, and DOGE (including the Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, X, Pipedrive, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Paystack accounts businesses connect to it). Separate Evolve applications and services, such as our WhatsApp automation platform, may have their own privacy information.
